Thank you for choosing our bamboo and rattan handmade products. We are committed to providing original products designed by AI and carefully crafted by hand. Each product is infused with design and craftsmanship, so please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.

  1. No returns and refunds
    Since the product is original design + handmade customization, each piece is made according to order, non-standard mass production, this store does not accept returns or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

Subjective reasons (dislike/not in line with expectations, etc.);

Due to improper size measurement or style preference;

Minor differences caused by manual traces or natural textures of bamboo and rattan.

  1. Production and delivery cycle description
    Production time: It takes about 15 working days to complete the product production after placing an order (excluding holidays).

Shipping method: After the product is completed, we will ship it by international air or sea transportation, depending on the destination and logistics arrangements.

Shipping time: The estimated logistics time is 7-30 days, for reference only. The actual time may be delayed due to factors such as region, weather, route or holidays.

⚠️ Please note:
Logistics time is uncontrollable. Once shipped, we will provide a tracking number and assist in follow-up, but we are not responsible for delays.

  1. Customs and tax liability statement
    All international orders may be inspected and taxed by local customs when they arrive at the destination country;

Buyers are responsible for the relevant tariffs, import taxes and customs clearance;

If the package is returned or destroyed due to refusal to pay taxes, we do not assume any responsibility and will not refund.

It is recommended that you understand the local customs policy before placing an order to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings.

    If you find the following problems after receiving the product, please contact us by email within 48 hours:

Severe damage caused during transportation;

The product is seriously inconsistent with the order description (such as the style is completely wrong);

Please attach the order number, problem description and photos, and we will assist in handling it after review.
